Dr. Jerry M. Henry, Pastor

Jerry Henry became the pastor of First Baptist Church of Fairhope on April 15, 2001. He and his wife, Susan, come to First Baptist, Fairhope from, Elkdale Baptist Church in Selma where he served for 15 years. We are excited about the vision that God is revealing to Dr. Henry for the ministry of First Baptist Church, Fairhope.

A member of FBC since 1991, on ministry staff since 2003. A graduate of Auburn University (B.S. Forestry), U of Mississippi (MBA) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity). His wife is hJean, and they have three children adn two grandchildren. Enjoys golf and mission trips..

Rev. Brent Shaw
Minister of Education & Administration

Rev. Brent Shaw began his ministry at First Baptist Church Fairhope, August 1, 2002. He served previously on the First Baptist Staff in the 80s as Minister of Youth. Brent served First Baptist Church in Dothan for 10 years prior to returning to Fairhope. Brent's wife is Tammy and they have two girls: Lauren and Lindsey.

Rev. John Baldwin

Rev. John Baldwin has been serving as Minister of Music since 1988. He served previously in Florida and Alaska. John's wife is Cyndee and they have three girls: Ashleigh Baldwin Barkley, Caroline and Janna.

Scott Lee
Minister to Young Adults

Rev. Scott Lee has been serving First Baptist as the part-time Minister to Young Adults since 2006. Having served First Baptist in the early 80's, he comes back to First Baptist with a myriad of experience in church life having served churches in Alabama and Georgia. His wife is Cherie and they have two children: Taylor and Tanner.

Sharon Pippin
Pastor's Assistant/Media Coordinator

Sharon has been on staff at First Baptist since 1983 in a position that started out as youth/music secretary and has changed over the past 25 years to it's present shape. She coordinates the Media Ministry of the church in addition to being the Pastor' Assistant. She is married to Don and they have two college age boys.

Robin Shields

Robin began in 2005 as our Financial Secretary. This is no small job and Robin meets every aspect with joy, enthusiasm and efficiency. She is married to Scott and they have two children: Blake and Sheena.

Elaine Beech
Education Ministry Assistant

Elaine was a church member before she joined the FBC staff. She has been the Education Minsitry Assistant since 1993 and helps Brent Shaw in the ministry of Education and Outreach. She is married to Al and they have three adult children and two grandchildren.

Jennifer Coulter
Senior/Young Adult Ministry Assistant

Jennifer serves as the ministry assistant to Jeff Ingram and Scott Lee with the areas of Senior Adults and Young Adults. She also helps out in the pastoral ministry as well. If you go on a trip with our Jubileers, you've probably talked with Jennifer. Jennifer's son is Tristan.

Delores Lund
Student/Children's Ministry Assistant

Delores supports the work of the Children and Student Ministries. In addition to serving these two activei ministries, Delores is also the first person you meet when you come in to the office. She is married to Ed. Her daughters are Melissa and Donna and she has three grandchidlren..

Dee Pace
Music Ministry Assistant

Dee began in 2008 as our Music Ministry Assistant. Combining two areas of Music Secretary and Music Assistant she serves in many varied aspects of the Music Ministry. She is married to Ben and they have two adult children: Gentry and Jobe.

Sandi Williamson
Director of Housekeeping

Sandi began in 1983 as child care coordinator and her job had taken on a different shape ove rteh 25 years she's been at FBC. She supervises all maintenance staff which is a growing job as the facility grows. She has two adult boys and two grandchildren.
